I lived here for 10 year and wouldn't live in any other community. Had many offers but have turned them down. It is warm, friendly and safe in this community and leasing staff very professional, and friendly. Maintenance staff and supervisor are very attentive. I truly recommend any retire or young professional to look into this community.

Really like my apartment and location. Like that Clinton River Trail is not far from the apartment. Maintenance is very friendly and nice and gets the job done. The people who work in the office are really nice and will try their best to find the right apartment and help you in whatever you need help with. The last apartment complex I lived at the office people were not too friendly at all. So it is really nice to have a friendly office to call and everybody treats you with respect. I can’t wait
